You can do it indoors and arrange half an hour of your day for yoga.

Yes, you heard it right. Vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin which you can get it from the sun. If the amount of Vitamin D is very low in your body, it can make your immune system too weak. Getting 15-20 minutes of daily sunshine is more than enough and it can help in maintaining the amount of Vitamin D in your body.
